Lifestyle Concierge

About the role

The Lifestyle Concierge will serve high‑net‑worth and ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients, acting as their primary point of contact for all lifestyle and concierge services. Working through an omni‑channel platform, you will deliver personalized, high‑quality solutions that anticipate and fulfill each client’s unique travel and lifestyle requests.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a deep knowledge of each client to provide tailored, credible interactions.
• Respond to client inquiries across phone, email, chat and social channels, ensuring a positive experience every time.
• Research, source and book travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, car rentals, cruises and bespoke itineraries.
• Utilise proprietary tools and global distribution systems (GDS) to create and modify reservations, offering creative alternatives when needed.
• Stay up‑to‑date with luxury lifestyle trends and emerging services to proactively suggest relevant options.
• Initiate outbound calls in compliance with company policies to follow up on pending requests.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in concierge, customer service or guest‑services roles within travel, tourism, hospitality or luxury retail.
• Demonstrated experience with leisure travel booking and familiarity with major hotel chains, airlines, car‑rental firms and cruise operators.
• Knowledge of travel industry terminology such as “single”, “return”, “open‑jaw” and multi‑sector itineraries.
• Proven ability to source tickets, hotels, itineraries and packaged experiences efficiently.
• Personal travel experience and a strong investigative mindset are considered assets.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus or Sabre.
• Experience using online booking and ticketing platforms.
