Licensed Physician – Medical & Clinical Operations Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Licensed Physician to lead and oversee our Medical & Clinical Operations functions. This senior position will guide clinical teams, ensure high‑quality care coordination, and drive operational excellence across multiple healthcare programs. The role operates on a hybrid schedule with night‑shift hours, following US holidays and weekends off.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee multiple medical and clinical operations programs.
• Provide leadership and accountability for managers and senior professional staff.
• Leverage clinical expertise to advise staff on disease states, health conditions, and medical management processes.
• Assist teams in navigating medical management systems, identifying resources, and resolving clinical inquiries.
• Oversee care coordination activities, including chronic condition, utilization, and case management.
• Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and operational guidelines for medical programs.
• Review and approve policy and process changes to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and business directives.

Required profile

• Active PRC Physician License.
• Completed residency training and Board Certification (Diplomate) in Internal Medicine.
• Strong clinical background with ability to provide medical guidance and operational leadership.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem‑solving, and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Results‑oriented, able to take ownership of initiatives and drive outcomes.
• Willingness to work full‑time night shift.
• Residence within 50 km of the Makati office and stable home internet (minimum 100 Mbps).
