Licensed Pharmacist

About the role

We are seeking a Licensed Pharmacist to lead regulatory compliance, inventory control and warehouse operations for our pharmaceutical business in Cebu City. The role ensures that all products are stored, handled and distributed in line with FDA standards and company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, company policies and pharmaceutical standards.
• Assist in the preparation, renewal and maintenance of License to Operate (LTO) and other regulatory requirements.
• Monitor documentation and record‑keeping related to pharmaceutical operations and coordinate with regulatory agencies for inspections and audits.
• Oversee inventory monitoring, stock control, proper storage, handling and distribution of medicines, including tracking expiration dates and product movements.
• Support warehouse set‑up, organization and implementation of inventory systems.
• Supervise receiving, releasing and dispatching of products in accordance with Good Distribution and Storage Practices (GDSP).
• Coordinate with operations, logistics and other departments on inventory and distribution concerns.
• Prepare inventory and operational reports for management.
• Provide technical support, participate in process‑improvement initiatives and perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Licensed Pharmacist.
• At least 35 years of experience as a company pharmacist in community and distribution settings.
• Strong knowledge of FDA regulations, LTO preparation and pharmaceutical compliance.
• Experience in inventory management and warehouse operations.
• Familiarity with Good Distribution and Storage Practices (GDSP).
• Excellent organizational, documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple operational responsibilities and be assigned in Cebu City.
