Licensed Architect – Design & Project Management

About the role

We are seeking a licensed architect to join our team in Makati City. You will be responsible for translating design concepts into detailed drawings and ensuring seamless coordination between design and engineering disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Produce accurate architectural drawings using CAD, Sketch‑Up, Lumion, Revit and related tools.
• Incorporate engineering considerations and code compliance into designs.
• Develop detailed plans, elevations, sections, and perspectives under supervision.
• Visit project sites to address queries and verify that construction follows the drawings.
• Prepare reports for project architects, managers and partners.
• Collaborate with engineers to resolve design issues and ensure coordinated documentation.
• Present design concepts to clients through visual materials.

Required profile

• Licensed architect with 3‑5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of code compliance, engineering trades and construction processes.
• Proactive, able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Willing to work onsite in Makati City and commit to long hours when needed.
