Licensed Architect – Design & Build Team

About the role
We are expanding our Design & Build team and seek a Licensed Architect with at least five years of experience in architectural design or project management. The position is full‑time, onsite at our Malolos, Bulacan office, supporting projects across Metro Manila and Bulacan.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare architectural plans and detailed working drawings.
- Manage project timelines, coordination, and documentation.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor construction progress.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, contractors, and consultants.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and successful project execution.
Required profile
- PRC‑licensed architect.
- Minimum five years of experience on residential and commercial projects.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and project‑management abilities.
Required skills
- AutoCAD.
- SketchUp.
- Lumion.
- Enscape.
