Legal Operations Specialist – Remote (Poland, Philippines, LATAM)

About the role

As a Legal Operations Specialist you will manage contract drafting, compliance checks, and legal coordination for Allocator One’s global activities. You will provide regional coverage across time zones to ensure continuous legal support.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and standardize agreements for sponsorships, vendors, and partners.
• Support compliance processes and conduct document due‑diligence.
• Provide quick legal insights to operational and executive teams across regions.
• Maintain an organized digital repository of legal templates and signed contracts.
• Coordinate with external counsel when required.
• Participate in daily handovers to ensure global continuity of legal support.

Required profile

• Law degree with at least 3 years of corporate or commercial law experience.
• Strong understanding of international contracts and cross‑border compliance.
• Fluent English (C1 level); additional languages are a plus.
• Detail‑oriented, responsive, and comfortable working autonomously.
• Prior experience in remote or international environments preferred.
• Based in Poland, the Philippines, or Latin America.
