Legal Operations Specialist – Commercial Contracts

About the role

Infosys BPM Philippines is looking for a Legal Operations specialist to join its Legal team in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. This full‑time position provides high‑quality legal support and contributes to the strategic direction of the business.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal support to stakeholders, drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts and agreements.
• Manage the end‑to‑end contract lifecycle, including drafting, redlining, negotiation via playbooks and key data abstraction.
• Conduct legal research, analysis and help develop legal strategies and solutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Assist in developing and implementing legal policies, processes and best practices.
• Stay current with changes in the legal landscape and industry regulations.

Required profile

• Law graduate (Juris Doctor).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in legal operations or a similar role, preferably in a large or complex organization.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Excellent research and analytical abilities, delivering pragmatic, commercially‑focused advice.
• Proven teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with legal technology tools and a willingness to improve processes.
• Hands‑on experience with APTTUS or similar tools is an advantage.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Willing to work in BGC, Taguig, on a graveyard shift with a 100% onsite setup.
