Legal Officer – Corporate Governance

About the role
As a Trust.Legal Officer you will support senior lawyers in delivering corporate subsidiary governance services to multinational clients worldwide. You will work across the full company lifecycle, ensuring compliance with local legal requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and review legal documents for incorporation, ongoing compliance and dissolution of entities.
- Perform or monitor statutory filings with local authorities in over 170 jurisdictions.
- Coordinate with business partners, clients and colleagues globally to gather necessary information and documentation.
- Ensure client, local, international and industry‑specific requirements are met and communicate legal updates.
- Maintain accurate data and produce required reports.
Required profile
- Law degree (or final‑year law student).
- At least 1 year of experience providing corporate services to international clients, or 2 years in corporate law.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Proactive, detail‑oriented team player with strong communication skills.
