Legal Manager – Commercial & Energy Law

About the role

We are seeking a commercially‑minded Legal Manager to join our Philippine‑based holding company. The role will support deal execution, manage legal risks and help build a robust legal function across multiple entities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal support for corporate transactions, M&A, project finance and energy‑related deals.
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts, land agreements and regulatory filings.
• Monitor and advise on Philippine energy regulations and other relevant statutes.
• Coordinate with government agencies, local government units and other external parties.
• Assist top management and owners on daily legal matters and strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• Bar‑passed lawyer, Filipino citizen.
• Experience in a top‑tier or reputable mid‑size commercial law firm; in‑house experience is a plus.
• Background in corporate/M&A, project finance, energy regulation or real‑estate/land transactions.
• Familiarity with Philippine energy regulations and land‑related government processes.
