Legal Consultant - Philippines

About the role

This associate role supports Lyra Health’s delivery of employee wellbeing services in the Philippines, providing brief legal consultation to clients via telephone while adhering to Lyra’s clinical and service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide brief legal consultation to clients via telephonic settings.
• Manage session scheduling and maintain timely, accurate documentation.
• Coordinate periodically with Lyra’s care and operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and a positive client experience.

Required profile

• Hold a recognized law degree and maintain active membership in good standing with the Integrated Bar of the Philippines.
• Pass the Philippine Bar Examinations administered by the Supreme Court of the Philippines.
• Experience providing legal consultation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, professional standards, and ethical practice.
• Fluency in English; additional local languages are an advantage.
