Learning Experience Manager (Batangas)

About the role

TaskUs is looking for a Learning Experience Manager to lead the design, development and delivery of training programs for its Batangas site. You will partner with Operations and the broader training department to ensure that team leaders and teammates receive the right learning experiences to master campaign tasks and grow professionally.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain training curricula, materials and e‑learning content aligned with business requirements.
• Drive site‑wide training initiatives and campaign‑specific programs for team leaders and frontline agents.
• Collaborate with Operations to identify skill gaps and create targeted learning interventions.
• Maintain and update training documentation, guides and performance metrics.
• Lead the onboarding and continuous development of new hires and existing staff.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing training or learning programs, preferably in a BPO or customer‑experience environment.
• Strong ability to work cross‑functionally with Operations and other stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
