Learning Experience Leader – Training & Development

About the role

TaskUs is looking for a Learning Experience Leader to design, deliver, and continuously improve training programs that support its fast‑growing technology clients. You will create a professional learning environment and ensure that end‑users, partners, and distributors receive high‑quality, standards‑based instruction.

Key responsibilities

• Set standards and expectations through personal conduct, work ethic, integrity, and character.
• Create and deliver curriculum, training sessions, and exams for general preparatory courses and technical skill requirements.
• Develop and maintain induction programs for new hires.
• Monitor trainee progress via questionnaires and collaborate with managers on performance.
• Continuously improve and adapt training materials to reflect changes in the work environment.
• Act as the content expert, maintaining up‑to‑date training documentation and resources.
