Learning Experience Leader

About the role

TaskUs is seeking a Learning Experience Leader to design, deliver, and continuously improve training programs for end‑users, partners, and distributors. You will create a positive learning environment that aligns with product‑specific methodologies and supports the company’s rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Set standards and expectations through conduct, work ethic, integrity, and character.
• Create and deliver curriculum, training sessions, and exams for general preparatory courses.
• Provide technical preparatory training covering basic skill requirements identified by enterprise needs.
• Lead projects and motivate trainees to achieve learning objectives.
• Continuously improve and adapt training programs to changing work environments.
• Maintain up‑to‑date training documents and materials as the content expert.
• Develop effective induction programs for new hires.
• Monitor trainee progress through questionnaires and coordinate feedback with managers.
