Learning & Development Manager – Sales & Marketing

About the role

The Learning & Development Manager will own and drive training interventions that build functional competencies for sales and marketing teams. By partnering with business leaders, the role ensures training aligns with corporate goals, brand strategy and emerging capability gaps.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct training needs analysis with business leaders and mid‑level managers to identify performance gaps and prioritize interventions.
• Design, develop and implement sales and marketing training programs, including new capabilities such as omnichannel engagement and data analytics.
• Deliver training sessions, facilitate subject‑matter experts and manage train‑the‑trainer initiatives to expand internal training capacity.
• Collaborate with Learning Support Services (e.g., MyLearning) and cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment and effective rollout.
• Measure training effectiveness, generate evaluation reports and recommend improvements based on data‑driven insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of management experience in learning and development, preferably supporting salesforce and marketing functions.
• Strong analytical, data‑driven decision‑making and business‑acumen skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership and facilitation abilities.
• Independent mindset with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
