Learning & Development (L&D) Manager

About the role

The Learning & Development (L&D) Manager will lead the design, deployment and national implementation of end‑to‑end learning solutions. This role supports the company’s rapid network expansion, technical telecom certifications and leadership pipeline to meet digital transformation goals.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate and scale a nationwide L&D strategy aligned with hyper‑growth business objectives.
• Conduct data‑driven training needs analyses across network engineering, field operations, customer experience and sales verticals.
• Design curricula using ADDIE or SAM for standard, virtual and blended learning formats.
• Manage the internal Learning Management System (LMS) and promote digital learning through gamified modules, mobile micro‑learning and simulations.
• Build a community of SMEs and line‑level trainers to scale knowledge transfer.
• Develop leadership and succession programs from supervisor bootcamps to executive pathways.
• Implement assessment frameworks (e.g., Kirkpatrick) to measure ROI and impact on KPIs such as MTTR, FCR and sales quotas.
• Own and optimise the annual L&D budget, overseeing vendor contracts and certification costs.
