Learning & Development Head

About the role

The Learning & Development Head will design, implement and continuously improve a scalable learning strategy that drives operational excellence and workforce growth in a technology‑driven environment. Reporting to senior leadership, the role partners with Operations, HR and business units to translate complex processes into structured learning experiences that accelerate employee readiness and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with business goals, including competency frameworks, skills matrices and career pathways.
• Conduct training needs analyses with leaders, identify skill gaps and create targeted learning interventions.
• Design onboarding programs, modular learning pathways, simulations and real‑world scenario‑based training.
• Lead capability‑building initiatives that improve productivity, quality and operational readiness across technical and leadership roles.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
• Establish assessment and performance measurement systems to evaluate learning impact and refine programs.
• Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices to keep learning solutions innovative.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience leading learning and development functions in a fast‑moving, technology‑focused organization.
• Strong track record of building competency models, learning roadmaps and leadership development programs.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Strategic thinker with a data‑driven approach to measuring learning effectiveness.
