Learning and Development Officer

About the role

Join Vivere Hotel and Resorts as a Learning and Development Officer and lead initiatives that empower employees, strengthen capabilities, and nurture a culture of continuous improvement. You will be instrumental in shaping the future leaders of our hospitality brand.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and facilitate onboarding programs, new‑hire orientation, and ongoing learning initiatives.
• Support team members, leaders, and departments in achieving their development goals.
• Design and deliver engaging training programs, identify learning opportunities, and recommend innovative solutions.
• Ensure compliance with mandatory, statutory, and departmental training requirements while maintaining accurate records.
• Evaluate training effectiveness, conduct needs analyses, manage the annual training calendar, and assist with leadership development and succession planning.

Required profile

• A degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, Organizational Development, or a related HR function.
• Experience facilitating training programs, employee onboarding, and learning initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of training needs analysis, learning evaluation methods, and adult learning principles.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, coaching, and communication abilities.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple programs and deadlines.
