About the role
We are seeking a proactive Lead Generation Specialist who will also handle appointment setting for our SEO and marketing services. The role is fully remote, targeting business owners in the United States and requires daily outbound outreach.
Key responsibilities
- Generate high‑quality leads using Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Maps and other prospecting tools.
- Make 150–200 cold calls each day to qualify prospects.
- Engage business owners, handle objections and book at least two qualified appointments daily.
- Maintain lead data in a CRM or spreadsheet and ensure consistent follow‑up.
- Track performance against daily call and appointment KPIs.
Required profile
- Proven experience in lead generation, cold calling and appointment setting for marketing agencies.
- Strong English communication skills, comfortable speaking with US clients.
- Self‑driven, disciplined and results‑oriented.
