Lead Generation Campaigns Specialist

About the role

Join Nestlé Business Services, the global support arm of the world’s largest food and beverage company, as a Lead Generation Campaigns Specialist. You will create, test, launch, and maintain digital campaigns across Nestlé’s corporate and brand websites, ensuring high‑quality content and consistent brand messaging.

Key responsibilities

• Support business units in creating and managing website content on corporate/brand sites and internal platforms.
• Design, test, and launch digital campaigns using campaign creation tools such as Qualifio.
• Perform front‑end coding (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to customize campaigns.
• Maintain and update website content, configure CMS (Drupal 8/9) based on market requests, and provide post‑launch support.
• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures and documentation.
• Implement approved recommendations and basic SEO improvements.
• Organise and deliver trainings for internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• University degree in Digital Media, Digital Communication, Digital Marketing, Digital Technologies or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience as a website content editor or in a similar role.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with campaign production software (e.g., Qualifio).
• Hands‑on experience with Content Management Systems, preferably Drupal 8 and 9.
• Advanced English speaking, writing and editing skills.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with SEO concepts and tools (a plus).
• Ability to work with ticketing and workflow tools.
• Proactive, innovative mindset with strong teamwork and communication skills.
