The Lead Deployment Analyst / Manager will turn program direction into actionable plans, guiding the deployment lifecycle and ensuring clear ownership across initiatives. This role operates in a hybrid setting within Johnson & Johnson’s Osprey Japan project.
Key responsibilities
- Translate program direction into executable deployment plans.
- Identify and resolve cross‑functional blockers that may impede progress.
- Maintain clear ownership and accountability throughout the deployment lifecycle.
