Lead Analyst, Supply Chain Planning

About the role

The Lead Analyst, Supply Chain Planning will own end‑to‑end supply planning for Probe, Assembly and Test work centres at Allegro MicroSystems Philippines and its global OSAT partners. You will balance global customer demand with manufacturing capacity, drive on‑time delivery, optimise inventory and support the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, plan and execute supply activities across all work centres, aligning internal and external capacities with global demand.
• Partner with Industrial Engineering to evaluate capacity, identify bottlenecks and mitigate constraints that could impact the Master Production Schedule.
• Collaborate with business teams and cross‑functional stakeholders to manage supply status, resolve allocation issues and handle critical escalations.
• Optimize loading schedules with factories and OSAT suppliers to maximise asset utilisation.
• Support the design and rollout of Tailored Supply Chain (TSC) models and staged inventory plans for new product introductions.
• Facilitate monthly supply reviews and contribute to the SIOP process with accurate metrics and data.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in supply planning, material planning or program management, preferably in semiconductor or high‑tech manufacturing.
• Proven experience managing multi‑node, globally distributed supply chains.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Advanced Planning Systems such as Kinaxis RapidResponse, Oracle, Propel or SAP.
• Strong data‑analytics capability to interpret complex data sets and model inventory levels.
• Expertise in forecasting, safety‑stock planning and lead‑time optimisation.
• Ability to translate capacity constraints into actionable supply plans.
