About the role
The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is seeking a consultant to produce a polished, print‑ready and digital version of the Philippines Enhanced National Referral Mechanism and Victim Identification System Guidelines. The work supports the operationalisation of newly approved guidelines and will help disseminate them to stakeholders and duty‑bearers.
Key responsibilities
- Propose three design themes (color scheme, layout, icons, illustration style) that align with the brand guide within the first week.
- Submit an initial draft of the Guidelines using the selected theme by the second week.
- Revise the draft up to three times based on IOM feedback during weeks three and four.
- Deliver the final approved Guidelines in both editable and permanent formats by the end of week four.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Minimum five (5) years of design and layout experience, including at least three (3) years providing layout support for manual, research reports or similar products.
- Strong command of English, both written and oral.
