Lawyer – Business, Labor & IP Law

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Lawyer to join our Quezon City office. You will provide comprehensive legal counsel and representation across business, labor, taxation, and intellectual property matters, ensuring our clients receive professional and innovative solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Prepare pleadings, motions, and other court or tribunal filings.
• Represent clients in litigation, arbitration, and administrative proceedings.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support client strategies.
• Ensure compliance with applicable statutes, regulations, and court rulings.

Required profile

• Bar‑passer with a strong foundation in Business Law, Labor Law, and Commercial Law.
• Proven ability to handle litigation and arbitration matters.
• Excellent research, analytical, and legal writing capabilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client interaction.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment with minimal supervision.
