About the role
The L2/NOC Engineer will join the IT operations team to provide Level‑2 network operations centre support. You will be responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting core Windows environments, Active Directory, servers, network devices and firewalls to maintain service availability.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor network and system performance, responding to alerts and incidents.
- Troubleshoot Windows operating systems and related services.
- Diagnose and resolve issues in Active Directory, servers, and network infrastructure.
- Investigate and remediate firewall and security incidents.
- Document incidents, resolutions, and maintain operational logs.
Required profile
- Proven experience providing Level‑2 NOC support in an IT environment.
