Kotlin Developer – Core Banking Microservices

About the role

We are seeking a Kotlin Developer to join our Core Banking Development Team. You will design, build and maintain scalable micro‑services that power Salmon’s banking products and partner platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enhance JVM‑based micro‑services using Spring Boot.
• Implement event‑driven architectures with a focus on Domain‑Driven Design and eventual consistency.
• Build and maintain reliable, high‑performance APIs and internal SDKs.
• Integrate with external platforms and services at scale.
• Collaborate in an agile environment with continuous deployment practices.

Required profile

• 3+ years of software development experience on the JVM.
• Strong Java background; Kotlin knowledge is a plus.
• Hands‑on experience with Spring Boot in micro‑service ecosystems.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
• Team‑player attitude with a passion for knowledge sharing.
