About the role

Siva is looking for a Communications Advisor to support both internal and external communication efforts related to Norway's industrial development. The role involves producing and disseminating information, handling media relations, and mobilising partners to identify, develop and realise high‑value industrial investments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute communication strategies for Siva’s industrial projects.
• Produce content for internal and external audiences, including reports, newsletters and digital media.
• Manage media contacts and respond to inquiries, ensuring consistent messaging.
• Coordinate communication activities across different departments and external stakeholders.
• Support the visibility and mobilisation of partners to advance investment initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, media studies or a related field.
• At least three years of experience in both internal and external communication work.
• Proven ability to work closely with strategic priorities and deliver operational communication outputs.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in Norwegian and English.
• Experience in organisations with high public visibility or complex stakeholder environments is an advantage.
