Kitchen Supervisor

About the role

The Moment Group is looking for a Kitchen Supervisor to lead daily back‑of‑house operations in its Metro Manila location. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food quality, safety and operational efficiency while overseeing the kitchen team.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily kitchen activities, ensuring timely preparation and service of menu items.
• Monitor food safety and hygiene practices to comply with local regulations.
• Control inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely stock replenishment.
• Schedule, train and evaluate kitchen staff to maintain a productive work environment.
• Implement cost‑control measures and track waste to optimize profitability.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a kitchen or food‑service environment.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety.
