Key Accounts Supervisor – Modern Trade

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Key Accounts Supervisor to join our Modern Trade team in the Philippines. The role will support the Key Accounts Manager in managing national and local key accounts, ensuring operational excellence and strong client relationships across North Luzon.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned National Key Accounts (NKA), Local Key Accounts (LKA) and other Modern Trade accounts in North Luzon.
• Assist the Key Accounts Manager with day‑to‑day account activities, including order processing, coordination and field execution.
• Monitor in‑store execution, ensuring product availability, planogram compliance and brand visibility.
• Conduct regular store visits to oversee promotional activities and proper deployment of point‑of‑sale materials.
• Collect, consolidate and analyse POS and off‑take data to provide market insights and support business decisions.
• Track competitor activities and relay relevant observations to internal teams.
• Support trade claim collection and ensure timely submission of required documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of listing fees, product returns, damaged goods and other account‑related documents.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or a related field.
• Experience in key account, modern trade, sales or account management within the FMCG industry is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships.
• Highly organized, analytical and detail‑oriented.
• Willingness to travel regularly for field visits.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
