Key Accounts Manager – Legazpi City

About the role

The Key Accounts Manager will drive business growth with Home Credit’s key retail partners in Legazpi City, achieving sales targets, expanding market share and shaping strategies across multiple product lines.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and penetrate CD Key Account (KAC) partners, maintaining long‑term relationships and maximizing sales opportunities.
• Define short‑ and long‑term strategies for the CD segment, set up motivation schemes, and monitor sales performance to hit product and commodity targets.
• Collaborate with Marketing and manufacturers to launch joint promotions, 0% financing offers and new product introductions.
• Negotiate special offers, freebies and gifts‑with‑purchase to boost campaign participation and drive applications.
• Work with the PR team to create articles supporting KA programs and Home Credit partnerships.

Required profile

• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle daily tasks independently.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• At least 3 years of experience in account management or territory sales, preferably in retail or B2B environments.
• Good understanding of the retail market and a solid retail network.
• Experience planning and executing sales or marketing strategies with measurable results.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Data modelling and strong business analysis capabilities.
