Key Account Specialist – Oncology Sub‑Distributor Management

About the role

The Key Account Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for Oncology sub‑distributor management, working closely with the Business Unit and reporting to the Key Account Manager. The role provides administrative, coordination and execution support to ensure effective sales, distribution monitoring and achievement of operational objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with key account executives and sub‑distributor partners.
• Monitor sell‑in and sell‑out performance, manage inventory levels and ensure timely product replenishment.
• Coordinate order processing, delivery schedules and required internal approvals.
• Prepare and submit monthly rebates, accruals and conduct quarterly business reviews.
• Draft and manage contracts and compliance documentation for sub‑distributors.
• Maintain key account data, generate dashboards and report on sales and inventory performance.

Required profile

• Graduate of a 4‑year college program.
• Minimum 3 years experience in sales or account management, preferably in pharmaceutical operations.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
• Strong organizational, administrative and multitasking abilities.
