Key Account Manager

About the role

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing strategic accounts related to Lotto system deployment, gaming terminals, and associated services for PCSO‑accredited outlets and partners. This role focuses on profitability, service‑level delivery, operational excellence, and strict compliance with PCSO regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned key accounts such as Mercury Drug, Petron, 7/11, Dali, Shell, Caltex, Puregold, SM Malls, Robinsons Retail, Generica and other Lotto outlet operators.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams, and PCSO representatives to ensure high client satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for terminal deployment, outlet expansion, and value‑added services; develop account plans to drive volume and revenue.
• Support negotiations, contract renewals, and service‑level agreements.
• Coordinate with IT, field service, and technical support for installation, maintenance, and upgrades of Lotto systems.
• Monitor system uptime, transaction accuracy, and resolve incidents promptly.
• Track sales performance, system usage, and account profitability; prepare regular performance, compliance, and service reports.
• Build strong relationships with outlet owners, operators, and PCSO field offices; represent the company in coordination meetings and training sessions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in key account management, preferably within gaming, lottery, or retail sectors.
• Strong understanding of PCSO regulations and gaming standards.
• Excellent client‑facing and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to develop strategic account plans and drive revenue growth.
• Effective coordination with technical, IT, and field service teams.
