Key Account Manager

About the role

As a Key Account Manager you will own the performance of a portfolio of sellers on the Lazada marketplace. You will act as a trusted partner, helping sellers grow sales, orders and buyer reach while aligning with Lazada’s strategic priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end business performance for assigned sellers, driving growth in sales, orders and buyer acquisition.
• Develop and execute tailored marketing and sales plans, expanding product assortment and promoting key platform tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, logistics, finance, campaigns) to ensure smooth fulfillment and meet KPIs such as DAU, conversion rate and on‑time shipping.
• Lead negotiations, coordinate campaigns and advise sellers on emerging trends and category performance.
• Analyse data to identify opportunities, provide actionable insights and report performance to sellers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum).
• Experience in e‑commerce, sales, account management or business development.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven results in negotiation and stakeholder management.
• Adaptable, resilient and entrepreneurial with a growth‑learning attitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
