Key Account Manager

About the role

As a Key Account Manager at 2GO Logistics you will be responsible for building and expanding strategic partnerships with major logistics clients. You will act as the primary liaison, ensuring high satisfaction while driving revenue and profitability through tailored contract‑logistics solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts and nurture long‑term relationships.
• Develop and align logistics strategies with client growth plans and supply‑chain objectives.
• Ensure contracts are executed according to terms and monitor compliance.
• Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross‑sell opportunities and managing account P&L.
• Track, analyse and report on KPIs, proposing improvements in coordination with Operations.
• Coordinate daily operations, resolve client issues promptly and act as escalation point for critical matters.
• Lead client onboarding, implementation and contract renewal negotiations.
• Prepare detailed performance reports and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, IT and HR to deliver seamless service.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing key accounts in logistics or supply‑chain environments.
• Strong commercial acumen with a focus on revenue and margin optimisation.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to analyse performance data and drive continuous improvement.
