Key Account Manager – eCommerce

About the role

As a Key Account Manager – eCommerce you will be responsible for driving online sales and strengthening partnerships with leading e‑retailers in the Philippines. You will work closely with L’Oréal’s brand and digital teams to translate business objectives into effective online strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute joint business plans with key e‑retail partners to maximise online sell‑out.
• Optimize digital merchandising, promotional activations and campaign performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with e‑retail platforms, ensuring alignment with brand goals.
• Analyse commercial terms and performance data to improve profitability and revenue growth.
• Design engaging shopper journeys and online activation programmes.
• Leverage data‑driven insights to monitor performance and inform strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Solid understanding of online retail dynamics and e‑commerce sales acceleration.
• Proven ability to manage key accounts and develop strategic partnerships.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in commercial term optimisation.
• Creative approach to designing customer activation and digital experiences.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
