About the role
We are looking for a Junior Traffic Management Planner to develop compliant New Zealand traffic management plans while working remotely from the Philippines. The role involves using RapidPlan software to ensure safety and quality across multiple projects each week.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and submit compliant NZ Traffic Management Plans (TMPs) using RapidPlan.
- Manage end‑to‑end workflows, portals, and coordinate internal teams for 15‑20 jobs weekly.
- Monitor safety standards and quality assurance throughout the planning process.
Required profile
- Junior‑level experience or academic background in traffic management, civil engineering, or related field.
- Ability to work independently from a home office and meet weekly delivery targets.
