Junior Support Analyst – Secure Network Operations Centre

About the role

This entry‑level position offers a gateway into CyberOne’s Secure Network Operations Centre (SNOC). You will join a team that monitors customer environments, responds to alerts and incidents, and builds technical expertise through structured mentoring and formal Microsoft training.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor customer infrastructure and cloud platforms for security events.
• Respond to alerts, incidents and service requests in a timely manner.
• Perform first‑line troubleshooting across Microsoft technologies.
• Escalate complex issues with clear technical documentation.
• Conduct daily operational health checks and produce knowledge articles.
• Provide excellent customer service and participate in shift handovers.
• Continuously improve processes and adopt new technologies through mentoring and certification.

Required profile

• Passion for technology and cybersecurity.
• Strong interest in learning and developing technical skills.
• Security‑first mindset with attention to information‑security considerations.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 services.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts.
