Junior Specialist – Corporate Communications

About the role

The Junior Specialist – Corporate Communications supports the execution of communication strategies that enhance brand perception, employee engagement, and stakeholder relationships. You will create and coordinate content across multiple channels while ensuring consistency with the company’s messaging and branding standards.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, edit, and proofread press releases, media materials, social media posts, email communications, and internal write‑ups.
• Assist in storytelling initiatives that showcase company milestones, campaigns, and employee achievements.
• Support external communication and branding efforts, including media list building, coverage tracking, and coordination with agencies or vendors.
• Manage company social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok), plan and schedule content, monitor activity, and respond or escalate as needed.
• Track and report communication metrics such as email engagement and social media performance, and help prepare presentations on communication effectiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of relevant experience in corporate communications or branding.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and project‑coordination skills, capable of handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
