Junior Solutions Architect

About the role

Appficiency is looking for a Junior Solutions Architect to join its fast‑growing team. You will work alongside senior architects and consultants to design and support cloud‑based solutions that solve real business challenges for clients in construction, manufacturing and other industries.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with delivery, pre‑sales and product teams to gather client requirements.
• Analyze business processes and propose technology‑driven improvements.
• Assist in designing ERP and AI‑driven solutions on the Oracle NetSuite platform.
• Prepare and review system artifacts, reports and documentation.
• Support proof‑of‑concepts and demos under guidance of senior architects.

Required profile

• Eager to learn and comfortable asking questions.
• Strong curiosity about how technology can address business problems.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
• Motivation to develop technical expertise in cloud and ERP solutions.

Required skills

• Understanding of ERP concepts.
• Familiarity with Oracle NetSuite or similar cloud ERP platforms.
