Junior Software Engineer – Full-Stack .NET (Manila)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Software Engineer to join our IT Service Delivery team in Manila. Reporting to the Director of IT Solutions and Delivery in Canada, you will help design, develop, and support web‑based applications, automation tools, and dashboards that serve multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement web applications, automation tools and dashboards.
• Gather requirements, select frameworks, create blueprints and deploy solutions.
• Handle 2nd and 3rd level support tickets for applications, databases and scripts.
• Troubleshoot production issues and deliver sustainable fixes.
• Monitor systems and databases, apply updates, patches and performance improvements.
• Support deployments, maintenance and emergency fixes outside regular hours.
• Produce technical documentation, conduct testing and participate in defect triage.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of software development experience, preferably in a full‑stack .NET environment.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Fluent English with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
