Junior Social Media Designer

About the role

Outsourced.ph is looking for a creative Junior Social Media Designer to produce engaging visual content for various social platforms. You will work closely with marketing and account managers to turn brand guidelines into fresh, on‑brand graphics and short‑form videos.

Key responsibilities

• Design daily and weekly social media assets (static images, animated graphics, carousel posts, stories, etc.).
• Interpret briefs from marketing and account teams and translate them into visual concepts.
• Apply brand guidelines consistently across all content.
• Support broader design initiatives such as branding, digital assets, and occasional web visuals.
• Assist with photography and short‑form video shoots, both in‑studio and on‑site.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure content aligns with campaign objectives.

Required profile

• A portfolio that demonstrates creativity, flair, and an understanding of social media aesthetics.
• At least 2 years of design experience, preferably in an agency or fast‑paced studio environment.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong eye for layout, typography, and brand consistency.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Confidence, friendliness, and a proactive, idea‑driven attitude.
