Junior SAP Basis Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a Junior SAP Basis Administrator to join our IT team at BAUER Foundations Philippines, Inc. in Quezon City. You will support both on‑premise SAP environments and SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP) cloud services, ensuring reliable daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and support SAP on‑premise and SAP BTP landscapes, maintaining system availability and performance.
• Perform SAP Basis administration tasks such as user and client management, transport handling, job and spool monitoring, and SAP Notes implementation.
• Administer SAP BTP sub‑accounts, services, and technical configurations while overseeing cloud alerts and integrations.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and monitoring guides.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams and external partners to analyse incidents, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• First practical experience in SAP Basis administration gained through a junior role, internship, apprenticeship or relevant projects.
• Good knowledge of SAP Basis fundamentals, system landscapes, transports, background jobs and user administration.
• Familiarity with Windows or Linux operating systems and preferably SAP HANA databases.
• Basic experience with cloud technologies, ideally SAP BTP.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
