Junior Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Project Manager to support the delivery of projects across the organization. The role will involve coordinating activities, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring project documentation is accurate and up‑to‑date.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in executing projects within defined scope, timeline, and budget using Waterfall, Agile, Scrum or Kanban frameworks.
• Coordinate project activities among the team, client and stakeholders to ensure efficient implementation.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with stakeholders, documenting meeting minutes, updates and reports.
• Create and maintain organized project documentation for audit and compliance.
• Identify and document risks, issues and changes, escalating when necessary.
• Support quality assurance by validating deliverables against standards and regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with finance to support procurement, invoicing and budget transparency.
• Identify process‑improvement opportunities and participate in training and mentorship programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, IT or a related field.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in project coordination, support or related roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Project.
• Familiarity with Jira.
• Experience with Asana or Trello.
• Understanding of Agile, Waterfall and Scrum methodologies.
