Junior Project Manager – Enterprise Data Platform

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to support the delivery of our Enterprise Data Platform. The role will work closely with business SMEs, IT and platform teams to ensure project activities are tracked, risks are managed and deliverables are handed over on time.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the integrated project plan, milestone tracker, deliverables register and action item log, monitoring dependencies and highlighting delays, risks and blockers.
• Manage a deliverables tracker for functional specifications, design documents, configuration guides, test reports, training materials and hand‑over documents, coordinating review cycles and ensuring proper sign‑offs.
• Maintain RAID logs, track dependency completion, support change control by documenting scope deviations and change requests, and flag activities outside the signed‑off scope.
• Support planning and coordination of SIT and UAT, track test case preparation, execution, defect triage and retesting, and maintain defect logs with clear ownership and target closure dates.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of project coordination or junior project management experience, preferably in IT, data, analytics, banking or enterprise platform projects.
• Strong skills in project tracking, documentation, meeting coordination and stakeholder follow‑up.
• Familiarity with project governance artefacts such as RAID logs, action logs, decision logs and status reporting.
• Good understanding of the software development lifecycle or data platform delivery lifecycle.
• Ability to coordinate across business, technical, security and vendor teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
