Junior Project Manager – Aha! Administrator (Jira, Azure DevOps)

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Project Manager to act as the Aha! Administrator, responsible for configuring, maintaining, and governing the Aha! product suite. You will serve as the platform subject‑matter expert, supporting users and driving continuous improvement across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and configure Aha! accounts, workspaces, products, initiatives, and release structures.
• Define field configurations, custom views, workflows, status definitions, scoring models, templates, and automation rules.
• Manage user roles, permissions, access controls, and integrations with Azure DevOps.
• Establish governance standards, audit data quality, and maintain platform hygiene.
• Provide user support, deliver onboarding and advanced training, and create documentation.
• Gather feedback, recommend enhancements, test new features, and monitor usage for optimization.
• Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track roadmap progress and key metrics.
• Communicate changes, support rollouts, migrations, and data transformation activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 2 years of experience administering or configuring Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar roadmap management tools.
• Hands‑on experience with platform configuration, maintenance, and user administration.
