About the role
We are looking for a Junior Marketing Officer to join our Performance Marketing Department in San Juan. The role focuses on executing and optimizing ad campaigns across Facebook and Google, and supporting clients with performance marketing strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Execute ad campaigns and implementation on Facebook and Google.
- Set up and integrate social media and online shopping platforms.
- Prepare creative review reports, ads, and business performance evaluations.
- Formulate performance marketing strategy and execution for each client.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Advertising, Media or related field.
- Strong communication skills in English and Tagalog, with attention to detail.
- Excellent project management ability to handle multiple workstreams in a fast‑moving environment.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
