Junior Logistics Manager

About the role

Join Emma, the world’s largest direct‑to‑consumer sleep brand, as a Junior Logistics Manager for the APAC region. You will support the planning and execution of transports across air, sea, rail and road while collaborating with internal teams and external logistics partners.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage transports by air, sea, rail and truck for the APAC region.
• Work with 3PL/4PL partners and other logistics providers for B2B and B2C shipments.
• Monitor, control and improve KPIs, performance and cost of 3PLs.
• Identify process and system weaknesses and implement optimisations.
• Collaborate closely with Finance, Procurement, S&OP and Business Development teams.
• Provide in‑depth analysis to drive continuous operational improvement.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field, or relevant work experience.
• Relevant internship experience in supply chain, logistics or procurement is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and excellent English proficiency.
• Analytical mindset with quick grasp of tasks and problems.
• Independent, structured, process‑oriented working style and a “can‑do” attitude.
