Junior Legal Officer – Corporate Law

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Legal Officer to join our corporate legal team. You will support senior lawyers in delivering comprehensive legal services to multinational clients across more than 170 jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior lawyers in providing corporate legal advice to clients operating in foreign jurisdictions.
• Prepare and review legal documents throughout the company lifecycle, from incorporation to dissolution, ensuring compliance with local legal requirements and deadlines.
• Perform or monitor statutory filings with local authorities and maintain accurate filing records.
• Coordinate with business partners, clients, and internal colleagues worldwide to gather necessary information and documentation for assignments.

Required profile

• Law degree (LL.B. or equivalent).
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
