About the role
Atlas Outsourcing is seeking a Junior IT Support professional to join its on‑site team in Makati City. The role involves providing first‑line technical assistance to internal users, ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software and network services.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to user tickets and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and peripheral issues.
- Set up, configure and maintain workstations and laptops.
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure proper documentation.
- Document solutions and contribute to knowledge‑base articles.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn and develop technical expertise.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Availability for a day‑time shift (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) Monday to Friday.
Required skills
- Basic computer troubleshooting.
