Junior Internal Auditor

About the role

The Junior Internal Auditor will join the Operations Audit Group to perform branch audits in line with the audit plan. The role focuses on risk assessment, policy compliance, accounting standards, and the accuracy of financial reporting and branch operations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct audits in branch locations according to the approved audit plan.
• Assess risk, verify compliance with policies, accounting standards and financial reporting requirements.
• Evaluate the reliability and accuracy of accounting records and branch operations.
• Prepare audit reports and submit them to the Senior Internal Auditor of the Operations Audit Group.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or equivalent; CPA or CIA is a plus.
• At least one year of experience as an audit staff in a medium‑sized institution such as an NGO or cooperative.
• Strong audit background with ability to follow directions and convey role value.
• Good interpersonal skills, flexible, organized, proactive, and able to maintain integrity and objectivity.
• No criminal record and willingness to work at the Fairview, Quezon City office.
