About the role
The Junior IAM Support Analyst will assist iScale Solutions’ core Identity and Access Management (IAM) team by delivering operational and administrative support. This remote, contract‑based position focuses on helping maintain secure user identities and access permissions across the organization’s systems.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day operational support for IAM processes.
- Perform administrative tasks such as handling user provisioning and de‑provisioning requests.
- Assist in monitoring access requests and updating related records.
- Help keep IAM documentation accurate and up‑to‑date.
- Collaborate with senior IAM staff to resolve routine access issues.
Required profile
- Junior‑level candidate with an interest in information security or IT.
- Ability to work remotely and follow defined procedures.
- Basic understanding of identity and access concepts.
